Visual design has always been my calling. After working in communications and marketing for several years I began asking myself how I could make my work better, not just visually, but also functionally. I recently completed the User Experience Design Fellowship at General Assembly in Atlanta, Georgia, and am currently consulting on two startup projects. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Studio Art with an interest in film studies from Agnes Scott College in 2013, and earned an event planning certification at Emory University in 2017.
I served as the Communications and Events Associate for the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA) from 2015 to 2019, where I collaborated with all departments to build and maintain company websites, update social media platforms, organize events, and develop communications graphics. Prior to joining SEEA, I taught a variety of art classes at Color Wheel, an after school art program for grade schoolers, and created promotional materials including logos, brochures, and posters for DKT Polish, Elegant Intelligence, Arch Auto Parts, and Agnes Scott College as a freelance graphic designer.
I am an avid baker and armchair detective. I also enjoy photography and exploring Georgia’s many hiking trails.
